The 7th Annual Gold Tie Gala
The Circle of Strength and Love that our community created made this night one that we will not forget!

Our 7th Annual Gold Tie Gala took place on September 16th, 2023 at the Marriott Downtown Syracuse presented by Molly Elliott, Howard Hanna.

We once again achieved our goal for the sixth year with 375 attendees and netting over $75,000.00 during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

This year’s theme was “Circle of Strength and Love”. Griffin’s Guardians uses a circle of strengths to continue a path of compassion and hope for families in CNY dealing with Pediatric Cancer. Those that surround Griffin’s Guardians make up that circle of strength…that seems to go unbroken year after year.

Check out the video that premiered at the Gala! A circle has many meanings. One of strength, protection, support and equality to name a few.

A circle has also been referred to as the cycle of time, the perpetual motion of everything that moves. We see in the sun, the earth, and even in the bond of a family. A circle itself can be seen as rugged, it can be seen as simple, it can be strong or it can be fragile.

As you will see in this years Signature Gala video, the circle that makes up Griffin’s Guardians has all of these qualities and it is those that support and surround Griffin’s Guardians that keeps the circle connected and strong.
