Books to the Rescue!

If you are an organization looking to give back to the community, a book drive is an excellent way to do so.

When Griffin went to the clinic at Golisano for chemotherapy, he was able to pick a book out of the closet every time he was "poked".  He loved it, and actually looked forward to seeing what was new in the closet. 

Please contact Griffin's Nana, Rita, and she can assist with Book Drive ideas. Griffin's Guardians works hand in hand with the child life specialist at Golisano Children's Hospital and the library, so we are always aware of the current needs of the children who visit the hospital.

Throughout the school year, we worked with a handful of local schools and businesses who host book drives. We have collected more than 15,000 books to donate to the Golisano Children's Hospital book closet!
